If when using the "Find Reader" feature in ClearStream's Device Configuration, the application is able to find the reader but it does not appear to correctly return the IP Address / Host Name or populate a Device ID, follow the steps below.
Use the following picture as a reference:
If item 1 from the picture above contains a value that does not appear to be the Hostname/IP Address (could be a long string of characters) and item 2 does not contain a Device ID after using the "Find" feature, try the below.
Instead of using the Find feature, manually enter the IP Address of the reader you are searching for. You should be able to find this in ClearStream by using the "Find" feature as pictured below, or by using any integrated software on the reader.
