There is a known issue in ClearStream with LLRP readers such as Impinj that are unable to connect with the software once it shows as not connected. This could be due to opening the ClearStream software while the readers are in use by the ClearStream Windows Service.
The workaround for this is to remove the reader, then re-add it again, configuring all of the previous settings.
As a best practice, when using ClearStream with the windows service, be sure to stop the readers or service completely before going into ClearStream to make any changes.
