ClearStream RFID is not streaming data to my Excel sheet when using the Windows Service.

If you are using ClearStream RFID with Microsoft Excel using the Windows Service, you may find that data is not streaming to your excel sheet. This can be due to the need for a Desktop folder added to systemProfile. If this "Desktop" folder is not present, follow the paths below to add this folder to the PC that ClearStream RFID is running on:

For 64 Bit PCs:
 Add a Desktop folder at the root of C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile

For 32 Bit PCs:
 Add a Desktop folder at the root of C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile

After adding the folder named Desktop above, Stop and start the ClearStream RFID Service and see if this resolves the issue. This may not work on some PCs.
